What is the date of the event?
Wednesday, August 16, 2017

What time does the event start?
The gate opens at 5:00 sharp. The event will end at 10 pm.

What time do the doors close for entry in to the event?
9:00 pm sharp.

How do I arrive at the event? 

 UBER

The perfect way to arrive at the McCall Event. Uber cars are permitted to drop guests at the front entrance of the event.

VIP Guest Parking

Open parking is available on Garden road with McCall Guest shuttle pick up every 5-10 minutes. Parking attendants will also be placed at designated commercial parking lots on Garden Road until lots have reached capacity.

McCall's Red Carpet include VALET PARKING

Purchase a McCall Red Carpet ticket and enjoy early entry and valet parking in our valet lot just steps from the front entrance of the event. 

Is there food served at the event?
Strolling and tray passed lite bites along with Gourmet Chef stations are located throughout the event. Desserts and coffee are are also presented in the main tarmac bar.

 When can I buy my VIP tickets?

Online Advanced VIP Tickets are on sale starting in January, 2017 for $395.00 per person until midnight on August 15th. 

Event Day Tickets are $450.00 and may be purchased at the Will Call tent starting Wednesday August 16, 2017 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm until sold out. 

What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a Red Carpet Ticket? 

The VIP Ticket amenities: 

  • McCall's VIP Guest's can park in open parking on Garden Road with McCall's Guest shuttle pick up and drop off at main event gate.  
  • Open access to cars and aircraft display including state-of the-art aircraft and rare vintage airplanes, supercars, motorcycles, vintage sports and race cars.
  • All wine, champagne, cocktails, and gourmet light bites, coffee and dessert included.
  • 26th Anniversary commemorative McCall Magazine.

The Red Carpet VIP Ticket amenities:  

  • Early entry: Guests enter event at 4:00 pm, one hour before opening (Gate Opens at 5:00)
  • Valet parking- Exclusively for Red Carpet ticket holders only. 
  • Exclusive Red Carpet Cocktail Reception at McCall's Red Carpet Lounge inside the main event tarmac area. Specialty cocktails and exclusive lite bite selections will be served during the Red Carpet reception.
  • Access to Exclusive VIP Red Carpet Mezzanine Lounge in North Hangar- Specialty cocktails served upstairs in the RC mezzanine lounge overlooking the main hangar area and an exclusive gourmet composed plat and wine pairing downstairs.  
  • Open access to cars and aircraft display including state-of the-art aircraft and rare vintage airplanes, supercars, motorcycles, vintage sports and race cars.
  • All wine, champagne, cocktails, and gourmet light bites, coffee and dessert included.
  • 26th Anniversary commemorative McCall Magazine.

Advance VIP and Red Carpet tickets are available online while supply lasts. 

VIP Tickets: $395.00 in advance | Day of Event VIP ticket $450.00. 

Red Carpet Tickets: $550.00

Tickets will be available for sale in January 2017.
Tickets are limited and event has sold out in previous years. 

Tickets will be sold until the event reaches capacity.

How do I get my tickets?
Your receipt is your voucher to pick up tickets in person at Will Call. 

How do I get my Red Carpet Tickets? 

Your receipt is your voucher to pick up tickets in person at Will Call. A Red Carpet Valet Voucher will be emailed in early August to access the front entry valet parking area at the event. 

Photo ID is required if picking up tickets at Will Call. Tickets will not be released if name on confirmation and name on photo ID do not match.

Where is the Will Call tent?
The Will Call tent is located in the main event entry area on Sky Park Drive:
Take Highway 68 to Olmstead Road. Turn left on Garden Road and proceed to Sky Park Way. Turn right on Sky Park Way to bottom of hill. Turn right on Sky Park Drive. Look to left for signs and Will Call tent.

What are the hours for the Will Call?

Tuesday August 15th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Wednesday August 16th from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Event doors close to entry at 9pm.

Do I have to be 21 years old to attend this event?
Yes. We do not give refunds for ticket purchases made for guests under the age of 21. No exceptions.

Parking

Open parking is available on Garden Road with McCall Guest shuttles picking up every 5-10 minutes and dropping off at the main event entrance. 

Handicap Parking
Please display your valid BLUE parking permit in the windshield of your vehicle and use the Skypark Way road to Skypark Drive.
Attendants will direct you to our valet parking entrance.

VIP Red Carpet ticket holders:
A special Red Carpet Valet pass will be emailed to each guest prior to the vent in early August. Instructions, map, and window plaque will be included in the email. Traffic Directors will direct you to our valet parking entrance.


Red Carpet Valet Parking-
Available in McCall VIP Red Carpet Ticket packages only. This parking lot is inside the event venue near the Sponsor/VIP entry gate on Sky Park Drive.

Attire
Cocktail dress and sportswear are preferred. The event is held mainly outdoors, so please bring something warm to wear. 


EVENT DETAILS

Food and Wine
Gourmet light bites, dessert and specialty cocktails, and Bernardus wines will be served through out the event. Champagne, artisan beers, soft drinks, water and coffee will also be available at various locations.

Strolling lite bites: Food and beverage stations are located throughout the event.

Music

Smooth jazz and house music by DJ.

Restrooms
Executive restrooms are available on site for guest use only. Accessible restrooms are also available.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are allowed inside the event, but we ask that guests use the “vibrate” mode on their ringer.

Photographs
Guests may take non-commercial photographs inside the event.

Smoking
There is NO smoking allowed within the FAA tarmac aircraft display and hangar display area. There is a designated smoking area outside the display area. 

Pets
No animals are allowed within the event area.

Children
No one under the age of 21 years is allowed within the event area. 

 

RULES

Security may ask to see ID for any person appearing to be under the age of 30.
